Progress Report - Projects Page

The projects page on my website is a small section on what sort of projects my charity does. The purpose of the page is to give a more in depth details on the charity and convince them the that the projects are worthwhile (if the projects are worthwhile people are more likely to donate). The pictures on the page need to be changed to ones I have taken myself, these should be changed within the next few weeks. After that the page should be completed.

Progress Report - Contact Us Page

The contact us page was very easy to create as there is not much that needs to be included on the page. There is an email address and a contacting box for people to use. The contacting box is very simple so anyone can use it, this is a requirement for my site as it needs to be easy to use. This is completed but there may be some changes (such as images/more information) added before I publish the site.

Progress Report - Home Page

Here is a short progress report on how I am getting on with the production of my site. I began working on my home page to begin with and have almost completed it. I have added all the house style colours for my site, a small brief introductory paragraph and added the name for my charity. The pictures on the site are from the template I used and will be changed after I have taken some pictures. After I have finished taking these pictures I will have just about completed my home page.

Images for my site

As my site is going to include images that will be taken by myself I am going to need volunteers to be included in the images. I have decided that I will be trying to use the Year 7s at my school. I have chosen this years group as they are the youngest in my school. How young the children are is key for these images, I have noticed on other sites that they try to use younger children. This is probably due to the media correlations which are linked to younger children, that because they are young they may require the help of others more than that of an older child. I will be using my knowledge of camera shots to create appropriate shots for my site.
